After completing her LLB and admission, Nikita served as in-house counsel for a large group of companies, working within the structures where legal decisions meet operational reality.
Her work covered compliance, workplace discipline, dispute resolution and operational risk. Companies from that group remain clients of her firm.
This experience shaped a proactive philosophy: legal decisions should reinforce the business, strengthen governance and reduce the likelihood of preventable disputes. Where litigation becomes necessary, Nikita helps clients move with purpose and a clear view of commercial consequences.
Ongoing commercial study
Nikita is completing an LLM in Commercial Law at the University of Johannesburg, deepening her focus on corporate governance, commercial frameworks and sustainable business structuring.
